This year's Teen Leadership Conference, Stepping into Your Success, will focus on fashion design with celebrated designer and TV star, Cheryl Des Vignes from Sweet Life: Los Angeles, who will outline not only potential careers in fashion design, but will also discuss how AI and tech are impacting and assisting with such careers.

Then, SoLA Robotics will lead a workshop in Robotics where where girls will get hands on experience designing and coding their own robots!

The event will culminate with SIILK and the Regalettes confering scholarships to this year's recipients and each attendee will receive a certificate for their participation.  

This is a one-of-a-kind workshop and we hope these experiences will promote interest in STEM career paths!
