Teen Leadership Conference

The Regalettes, Inc. and Sisters Involved In Linking Knowledge (SIILK) hosts an annual Teen Leadership Conference. Over 60 girls aged 11-17 are inspired to become great leaders of tomorrow! The one-day event entitled "Creating Your Own Path" is created for African American girls that come from various socioeconomic and geographical backgrounds. It features interactive workshops that encourage, empower and support girls in their journey to becoming strong, smart and independent women. It also features community and business leaders/speakers who educate the teens in areas of financial well-being, self-confidence/self-worth who assist students to explore options for traditional and non-traditional careers.
